Shipping Policy

Processing time :Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping to Portugal: Domestic orders are delivered within 2–5 business days via CTT or equivalent carrier.

Shipping to the European Union :International orders to EU countries are delivered within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays :We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
